• Under 2.5 goals have been produced in three of the last five matches between these two clubs.
  • Under 2.5 goals have been produced in half of Belshina’s home games this season.
  • Belshina have lost eight of their 11 league games this season.

Belshina must have thought they were on their way to a first win of the season when they went 2-0 up at home to Slavia with just 24-minutes on the clock, only for the visitors to pull one back before the break and score twice late in the second half to win the game 3-2. Dinamo Minsk were also beaten at home last weekend, going down 1-0 to high-flying Shakhtyor.

The visitors will be confident of returning to winning ways on Sunday though, having won five of their last six encounters with Belshina. The hosts still haven’t won a game in the Belarus Premier League this season and sit bottom of the table with a -14 goal difference, while Dinamo Minsk have 10pts more to their name.

We’re not expecting a high-scoring game on Sunday as 50% of Belshina’s home matches have produced under 2.5 goals and Dinamo Minsk only score an average of 1.40 goals per away game. The host shave only scored five goals at home so far this season and their guests have netted just seven on the road but have managed to find the back of the net in all bar one of their away trips.

Along with a win, Belshina are yet to keep a clean sheet in the league and already look destined for relegation after just one season back in the top flight. Dinamo Minsk are yet to keep a clean sheet on the road but they won’t have a better opportunity to end that drought than away at struggling Belshina on Sunday and we have predicted a 1-0 win for the visitors.
