• Cracovia have failed to win in six of their last nine contests in the league.
  • Pogon have drawn eight league fixtures this season.
  • Three of Cracovia’s last five matches have featured under 2.5 goals.

Only one point separates Pogon Szczecin and KS Cracovia in the Polish Ekstraklasa and, with both teams in poor form, a stalemate could be on the cards at the Stadion Florian Kryger.

Pogon returned to action in Poland’s top flight with a 3-0 defeat to Zaglebie Lubin, extending their winless run in the league to six matches, with three of those games having finished as 0-0 draws.

As for Cracovia, their tally of 13 wins is the third-highest in the league this term but they are in free fall in the Ekstraklasa – their 1-0 defeat to Jagiellonia last time out means they have lost five league games on the spin.

With neither team in good form, a draw is our match result prediction and the lack of attacking quality in both teams suggests a low-scoring game could unfold.

Both teams have scored in only two of Pogon’s last six assignments and they have drawn 0-0 on four occasions this term and that could be the best correct-score prediction.
