Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku casts doubt on his Old Trafford future by admitting that he “does not know” if he will still be at the club after the summer.

Romelu Lukaku has admitted that he “does not know” whether he will still be a Manchester United player next season.

The Belgian striker has talked up a move to Serie A on a couple of occasions over the post month, amid speculation that he is a target for Juventus and Inter Milan.

Lukaku, who has fallen behind Marcus Rashford in the pecking order, has now cast further doubt over his future at Old Trafford with comments made after his side’s 1-1 draw with Chelsea on Sunday.

“I don’t know,” he told reporters when asked to comment on his plans for next season. “I’m not here to entertain rumours. I’m still under contract.”

Lukaku has made 96 appearances for United since joining from Everton in July 2017, scoring 42 times.
